WELCOME 2011

Happy New Year to you!  2010 was a year of many new beginnings.  Here is a summary of the many memories I made this year:
January

• I got laid off my job
• Alexis, my first grandchild was born

February

• Celebrated Alexis' one month old party at our house, Chinese tradition

March

• Went to see my nephew, Jordan play baseball in Arizona
• Went to see the Seattle Mariners at spring training in Arizona, a life-long dream
• Road trip with the Mayfields to see the Grand Canyon for the very first time
• Road trip with the Mayfields to see Hoover Dam for the very first time
• I went to Las Vegas, one of my favorite places

April

• Celebrated Easter with the family

May

• Celebrated my first mother's day as a gramma - G-Ninnie is what they call me

June

• We sold one of our investment properties
• We bought some recreation property in Crescent, Oregon

July

• We celebrated Jay's birthday in Crescent, Oregon

August

• We had the opportunity to watch Andi play in a regional tennis tournament in Sunriver, Oregon
• Caught a fish in Miller Lake

September

• My daughter, Andrea married Clark, and it was a beautiful wedding

October

• Birthday road trip with my sister, Carol to Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Centralia and Vancouver, Washington
• Alexis' first Halloween, dressed as a cute giraffe

November

• First Thanksgiving that we didn't have the entire family here

December

• We have a new grand dog, Sally
• Alexis celebrated her first Christmas
