Today is Bryan's 31st birthday. I can't believe he actually wanted to spend the entire day hanging out. It was wonderful. He and Alexis arrived by 8AM.
The coffee was brewing and breakfast cooking on the stove. Alexis was a bundle of sunshine and smiled for me as I read one of her favorite books to her. She watched the birdies outside at the bird feeder and cooed and trying talking to us with such cute sounds. Of course the usual diaper changes, eating and taking naps occurred during the day. We finally went out for a late afternoon birthday lunch at Bryan's choice of the Hawthorne Fish House. Yummy! I am sure he had a nice evening once Vanessa came home from work for family time.
